Day 3
(B) 09:00 Today you are up for a great adventure the Canopy, Hot Springs and Water Slides of Buena Vista, Including: Canopy Tour there are 840 meters of cable between the forest from tree to tree where you will hang like a monkey with a harness and safety equipment discovering the forest from a totally different point of view. Hotsprings a visit to the natural Turkish bath and a pool of thermal sulfur water that has been enchanced for your enjoyment between impressive fumaroles. At the natural spa you will have the opportunity to apply a mud mask, which its rich minerals including sulfur will clean your skin and make you feel reborn. Waterslide this is an unique experience between trees with a 400 meters long water slide where you will slide down on pure and cristal water and finally fall into a fresh water pool. 17:30 Arrival time at the hotel.

Day 4
(B) 08:00 Pick up time for the 4x4 vehicule to explore some of the coast and its marvelous beaches some of them with nothing build on, isolated, only, nature, sun and beach. Some of the beaches near by are Conchal, Flamingo, Potrero, Avellanas, Playa Grande & Junquillal. |

Day 5
(B) 07:30 Return the 4x4 vehicle. 08:00 Private transfer to Monteverde Cloud Forest ( 4h ) 13:00 Visit to the Monteverde Biological Reserve, this private reserve with over 12:000 hectares covered on humed forest is located in the continental divide between the Caribean and Pacific. This forest is protected by a dense folliage with moss, epiphytes, bromeliads , orchids growing on trees, protects over 400 species of birds ( including the Mayan Idol the Quetzal ), 100 species of mammals and 300 varieties of orchids. |

Day 6
(B-L) 08:00 Transfer to the Arenal zone ( 3h ), this is an active volcano in a clear day lava can be seeing running on the side of the volcano, some of its activity are gases, ash, and of course its hot springs of Tabacon Resort where we wll have lunch and relax in the hot springs all this surrounded by an ever green rainforest. Beauty treatments, mud and massages at skandria spa ( Not includes, but are available at Skandria Spa). The healing powers of our thermomineralwaters and the deep cleaning characteristics of volcanic mud and clay are the perfect complement to our therapeutic massages. From the heart of the volcano spring fountains which form tabacon river, running at a soothing 39º C (102 F°), forming cascades and natural pools through exotic tropical gardens. |

Day 7
(B) 08:00 Tour to Caño Negro Wild Life Refuge This wilderness area includes a lake and marshlands formed by alluvial sediments. lake caño negro is a seasonal spill off site of the frio river. It covers an expanse of approximately 800 hectares and is 3 metres deep . during the dry season, which lasts from february to may, teh lake almost dries up completely, leaving behind only a few small pools, secondary cahnnesl and an arm of the river itself. The depression has been filled with lacustrine and fluvial sediments that originated in the volcanic rocks of the central volcanic range and have been transported and deposited by the frio river. There are five habitats in the refuge: lakeside vegetation, primary swamp forest, copaiba forest, santa maria forest and holillo forest. the vegetation that grows along the lake shore and channels is mainly herbaceous, such as gamalote grass and dormilona. |

Day 8
07:00 Transfer from Arenal via San Ramon town to the Carara National Park ( 4h ) Large crocodiles lie below the tarcoles bridge adjacent to the park as well as great birding. Carara lies in transition zone between a dry region to the north and a wet region to the south. Consequently, it has an incredible variety of plant life, specially evergreen species. Top date, 750 species of plants have been identified. The reserve is criss-crosed by streams, most of which never dry up. At the height of the dry season it stands out like a cool, green oasis. Despite its relatively small size, Carara houses several ecosystems, such as marshland, a laggon, and gallery, secondary and primary forests. The marshes are formed by seasonal floods when the Grande Tarcoles River, overflows its banks. The U shape lagoon covers a vast, abandomed meander of the River Grande Tardoles. It is about 600 m long, 40 m wide and 2 metres deep. After the visit to this park we’ll continue onto Manuel Antonio ( 1h 30 m ). |

(B-S) 08:00 Visit to Manuel Antonio National Park (4h), in the central pacific, this national park combines a rain forest with three white sand beaches, and in its trail are almost guaranty to see some kind of wild life such as howler, capuchin and spider monkeys, agouties, snakes, many different kinds of birds and much more. |
